These are the terms of service that you agree to by using the services of VPNFastConnect. It is only under these conditions that VPNFastConnect allows users to use its service. VPNFastConnect is not a service to be used for criminal acts. It is an Internet security and privacy service. You accept not to violate any law of any jurisdiction that you are originating from. It is user’s responsibility to know and comprehend any and all relevant laws related to any jurisdiction or venue that concerns you and your actions.

VPNFastConnect will not be liable in any way or form for actions done by its users including criminal liability and civil liability for harm executed or not executed beyond any money paid to VPNFastConnect for its services by a specific individual.

You agree to preserve your username/password and the VPNFastConnect system from unauthorized usage. You are responsible for every single action that occurs on VPNFastConnect where your username/password was used for establishing the VPN connection. You agree not to use our services for port scanning, sending spam, sending opt-in email, scanning for open relays or open proxies, sending unsolicited e-mail or any version or type of email sent in vast quantities even if the email is lastly sent off through another server. It is forbidden to launch any pop-ups from our service. You accept not to assault in any way or form any other Newsletterwork or computer while using our services.

VPNFastConnect is intolerant about exploiting children photographically, digitally or in any other way.

Fair and reasonable use

You accept not to give or share your username and password to others.
VPNFastConnect, its owners, employees, agents and others that are involved with the VPNFastConnect services are not in any way or form liable for any harm of any sort executed or not executed, resulting from or arising through or from the use of any account registered with VPNFastConnect services.
VPNFastConnect does guarantee a 99.9% server uptime. In any event, VPNFastConnect will never be liable for any monetary harm beyond what the client paid to VPNFastConnect, and this shall not include attorney fees or court costs irrespective of any laws or statutes that may be treated otherwise. That is our binding agreement when you accept these terms of service.

Prohibited activities

Criminal Activity: VPNFastConnect account will be terminated for any client who commits any of these criminal actions in or through our service using our resources: use of stolen credit cards, credit card fraud, PayPal fraud, bank fraud, e-gold fraud, Paysera fraud, WebMoney fraud, Bitcoin fraud, mail fraud, extortion, blackmail, kidnapping, rape, murder, sale of stolen credit cards, sale of stolen goods, sending email or operating websites to perform identity theft, hacking, pharming, phishing, or spamming of any form. In addition, VPNFastConnect forbids web scraping through its service in any form or scale.
That is the whole agreement. VPNFastConnect may rewrite the terms of service from time to time. The terms of service become binding from the time it is updated on our website. It is the responsibility of the client to check for the new Terms of Service periodically.
VPNFastConnect can terminate any user account for violating terms of service instantly without refund and notice or suspend the account until clarification, investigation or the user comment. If your account has been suspended, you must contact us in order to see if the case can be rectified. We shall wait a reasonable period of time before we close a user account permanently and shut down all billing.

Logging policy

VPNFastConnect guarantees a strict no-logs policy of their VPN service, meaning that your activities using privacy solutions created by VPNFastConnect are not monitored, recorded, logged, stored or passed to any third party. We do not store connection time stamps, session information, used bandwidth, traffic logs nor IP addresses. In order to maintain the VPN service, the VPNFastConnect website does collect limited personal user information and site performance data (see Privacy Policy for more details).
With that said, VPNFastConnect does not endorse any criminal activity perpetrated by using the Service. Therefore, VPNFastConnect reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case any violation of the Terms of Service becomes apparent. As VPNFastConnect protects and respects customer privacy, it does not log or track their activity in any way. However, in the eventuality that VPNFastConnect would find out about an offense outside of those means (i.e., a customer would notify VPNFastConnect of them having done so), it would have the right to suspend or terminate the account.

Privacy policy

VPNFastConnect does not keep or store any logs about its users.
Cookies – we may obtain information about your general Internet usage by using a cookie file, which is stored on your browser. Cookies are used by ATH Software and our marketing partners, affiliates, or analytics to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movements around the site and gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. VPNFastConnect has adopted the following policy toward copyright infringement with respect to the Service in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Notice of Suspected Copyright Infringement. If you are a copyright owner or agent thereof and believe that Content residing or accessible on the Service infringes a copyright, please send a notice of copyright infringement containing the following information for us.
-Identification of the work or material being infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its location, with sufficient detail so that VPNFastconnect is capable of finding and verifying its existence.
- Contact information about the notifying party (the “Notifying Party”), including name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that the Notifying Party has a good faith belief that the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or law.
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided in the notice is accurate and that the Notifying Party is authorized to make the complaint on behalf of the copyright owner. The Notifying Party’s physical or electronic signature.

After we receives notification of an alleged infringement that meets all of the requirements above, we shall:
- Disable access to or remove material that it has a reasonable, good faith belief is copyrighted material that has been illegally copied and distributed by any User to the Service.
- We will then immediately notify the User responsible for the allegedly infringing material (“Offending User”) that it has removed or disabled access to the material.
- We reserves the right, at its discretion, to immediately terminate the account of any User who is the subject of repeated takedown notices.

Counter-Notice. If you believe that your User Content was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to law, to post and use the material in your Content, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information for us:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the User Content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the User Content appeared before it was removed or disabled;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the User Content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the User Content; and Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Charleston, South Carolina, and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
- Contact information about the notifying party (the “Notifying Party”), including name, address, telephone number and email address.
- Upon receipt of a counter-notice, we may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party informing that person that it may replace the removed Content or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the User Content provider, member or user, the removed User Content may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notice.

Acceptance of Terms

By logging in to or using any VPNFastConnect service, you agree to the VPNFastConnect Terms of Service including all other policies incorporated by reference.
